Get Your Credit Reports

You are entitled to receive one free credit report from each of the three major credit bureaus, once per year. Please go to www.annualcreditreport.com and follow their instructions closely. Since the credit bureaus are in the business of selling these reports, they are not too happy about giving them away for free. The only reason that they are doing so is to comply with the government's order due to their shoddy job of maintaining your records. Therefore, while they are giving them to you for free (the report is free, not the scores) they do not make it as easy as possible to get them. Please pay attention to their instructions! By the way, we don't need their scores so don't buy them if you do not want them either. However, you might want them for comparative purposes.

If you have any trouble getting any of the three reports downloaded (not unusual) call 1-877-322-8228 and you will be able to order the report needed to be mailed to you (in about 2 weeks) also free of charge.
